Process File
To generate a unique file to download, select your options (above) and press PROCESS FILE.

When the CHECK MARK appears next to the filename in the box on the left side of the screen, the file is ready to download. Select the link.

The way your browser handles the download file is dependent upon the setting of your browser, not the server. The file is generally served as a ".doc" file even though it is a text file so the file does not simply load in your browser. Browsers do not support the special characters necessary to format these files for loading into spreadsheets and databases.

By sending a ".doc" file, most browsers will simply save the file to disk.

Please contact your Information Technology Support if you are experiencing problems with how your browser handles the download of this file and have them check this preference setting before contacting the NASDTEC Help Desk.

Secure the Download File
The information downloaded to you is now unsecured and in your physical possession. Please make certain that appropriate security safeguards are followed.

Do not leave these files unsecured on your PC on a disk. Contact your Information Technology Support if you are uncertain how to secure this file from unauthorized use.
